Don’t make mistakes like, blaming the previous hospital u had worked with.Give them certain example from clinical side, that when u had shown some daring acts in the time of real adversity. What all things you had done as a good leader, ur skills, attitudes must be vent out, if there was any questions relating to that. Make all your answers to reach them to idea that, you were a problem solver— a real need for their hospital….
