Coolest way of making the night shifts cool

Do u ever felt embarrassed for getting the night shifts? Are u scared of night shifts??
Have u ever felt, night duty is a “FU—- King” period?

If yes, then you should read this for getting out of those “F —–king” problem.

If you getting the phone call at 1pm, then you should have to make them understand that it was the same 1 am for u, if he called at 1 pm for us. SO tell the F—– king caller to MIND it!

During the day time if you find it hard to sleep, then you could either put on the fan or plug the ear with cotton ball (FED-up with neighbors).

Make your night FOODING a celebration, I mean you can invite other staff members of the ward to urs and make it a party.

If you are the only person in charge of the department, be careful of the ANTI-INSOMNIAC compulsive disorder( not in any medical dictionary, don’t search anywhere).Especially in the peak hours like 1 am, 2 am , 3 am etc, as these are dragon hours that might succumb u into a deep sleep. And in the mean time, you patients may go into biological death. So cautious. It would be better,if you engage in any activities like checking the vitals etc, if you don’t have anything to do, just walk around through the ward.
And you might not understand the fact that, during the night shifts you could learn more things, both in the practical and theoretical aspects. So dexterous NURSES, slowly but steadily we could learn all the professional skills needed.
